We at FluxLabel want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items worn or used


3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@fluxlabel.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Include your Order ID, the reason for return, and photos (in case of damaged/incorrect items).

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or provide a return address.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For size or color exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, email us immediately at support@fluxlabel.com with your Order ID.
